Don't buy their Prime membership For my second order I purchased their Prime membership which clearly said I would get free delivery. This cost 39 for the year. However, I was then charged delivery which they refused to refund as they decided I was living in \Zone 3\ which meant I had to order at least 65 of produce. This was not stated on their website - I even sent them a screenshot proving this. It is a shame as their produce is varied and good.

Really nice people to deal with. Had lots of delays on last two orders - transporter problems , but speedy refund of unusable fresh products. Great depth of product range & good prices. Delivery to home a little expensive if you live in distant rural area, but all in all the eal deal\. Well Done Annachi !
Items ordered outside of France was delivered within the specified time. Products are well packed and the tracking link provided was helpful to be at home at the time of delivery. Quick response by the team to the e-mail query. Would recommend those who wish to order Indian products from this establishment.
Annachi Supermarche had been consistent in delivering the goods ordered within shortest span of time (Not more than 2 days from the date of order) with the right quality and quantity. With the lock down & Covid-19 menace around Annachi Supermarche is a real blessing for all customers like me. I wish them to continue this good service in the times to come too.
The worst experience ever. I ordered my package two weeks ago and still didn't get the package. They have the worst delivery people and due to that they keep postponing my order delivery date. I was being patient and now they say I have to go to a pick up point and pick up my delivery. Why should I go to the pick up point when it is not even my mistake? I trusted them thinking the it would be good but it is my worst mistake ever. They have been really bad with dealing this issue. Never going to order from this site again. And they have not even refunded my money back until now. Waste of money!
An excellent find for Indian groceries online in France A well thought out and functional website with a good product range. The post-sale service was also prompt and helpful and the order arrived speedily with no errors or omissions. What's there not to like! Will certainly be returning when I next need some desi stuff.
