Very nice speech before going into the water. Safety instructions perfect. We learnt a lot about the body signals while free diving. The practical initiation was very good as well. We went around « Giens » not far from the shore. We went ton around 15m deep at most, because weather conditions weren’t at their best. Definitely recommend
