What A Jewel! This little nugget is a great find. If you happen to be on the way for a Monet Garden visit then plan on stoping here. The food AND the desserts are 4 star all the way. I had the Duck Omelet and I must say it may have been one of the better omelet's I've ever had. Not only was it Huge but it was packed full of cheese and tender, juicy duck! This was my first Duck omelet and why not have it in France.

Great food, wonderful atmosphere and service. Best restaurant on the main avenue. Highly recommend the shrimp and any of their salads. Don't forget to go behind the restaurant to their private garden and walk around.

The restaurant is very nice, and has a nice terrace. The personal is very kind and professional. On our visit the quality of the food was unfortunately quite low. We told them that my wife is gluten intolerant. Her salmon came with the sauce and they did the dish again. The salmon came uncooked. The dessert came with a biscuit inside it. Concerning me I have asked for my meat to be medium, instead most of it was bloody. Nobody has commented on the amount and quality of the food we left in our dishes.

Overall Mediocre food and service with a premium price due to location near Monet's home. Generally I would use the term tourist trap. The food was decent, but both mine and my wife's entree lacked seasoning. The best part of the plates were the vegetables, which were very nicely cooked. The waiter forgot about us while not forgetting tables that were more centrally located in the seating area. The tree canopy dropped pieces of leaves and bark constantly in our wine and water.

Service is top, very friendly staff and good food. You can have a 3 course menu dinner for 29 Euros per person. You can choose one of 3-4 choices per course. Available options for vegetarians. In the photos you see my 3 course dishes: Cottage cheese with olive oil, grilled salmon with sauce and vegetables, the apple desert with caramel sauce and ice cream. I recommend my choices. Drinks (including soft drinks) price range is 4.8 to 10 euros.

Truly special restaurant with art history. Prix-fixe dinner is great choice. Be adventurous! Try the salad Normandy with duck live pate. Melts in your mouth! And carry it on to cuisse de Canard - roast duck leg. Scrumptious!!!
