We have been coming to this hotel for years. A good quality hotel and great location for the Grotto and the town. Lovely rooms overlooking their gardens. Lovely lounge and bar area, with a very nice outdoor terrace. Fair prices for a 4 star hotel.

Clean large room with comfortable walk in shower, very comfortable single beds with perfectly firm mattresses. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to the sanctuary, perfect for a visit to Lourdes.

Veey special hotel right next to the santuary. Modern clean room it a old setting. Breakfast is fantastic.

Rooms are beautiful and charming though small. The dining area is spacious enough for a big group of people. Service was friendly and professional. It’s an easy walk to the sanctuary so you can keep going back to refill your water bottles at the grotto. It’s also surrounded by souvenir stores for your shopping convenience.

Everyone was friendly and very efficient- from the front desk, to the concierge, to the food service department. It is a newly renovated old structure, so one gets the old world feel with modern convenience ( foot steps may be heard from above wooden floors though and one service elevator takes a little time, so ask for the new elevator ). Located just a few steps to the Grotto and Basilica complex, and flanked by restaurants and souvenir shops on both sides. Perfect!

Exceptional hotel in central location. The staff in this hotel are incredible. Special recognition to Katty and Véronique. Would recommend dining here. Only 3 days in Lourdes but dined here 2 nights. See if you can get a “salon “ in the restaurant, very special.

The staff here are friendly and helpful and for the most part the place is clean though there were spiders on the bathroom. The food in the restaurant though well prepared and presented was lacking in inspiration and I thought on my third day of eating the same food that the menu was somewhat limited. The doors are solid to bedrooms and give good sound protection for a good night's sleep though I did notice several people struggling both with the key card locks and then to physically open the door. The hotel is very well placed for a quick walk to the sanctuary and is near several nice bars and restaurants. The parking was easy to find and had enough spaces.
