Using this app during 2 years, everything great until you have a problem, then the concierge disappears and they just said its all hotel faults without take care of nothing. Also the people on chat service is so agresive. Feeling very disappointed. If you want to use the app just pay & shut upp, if not you’re not a good customer or at least the customer they want

I am with them since 6 years and more than happy with their service and help. As I am a smoker, I find it difficult to find Hotels in several countries in Europe. Their help in so far is excellent.
