This company is the worst company I’ve had the pleasure talking to. I bought one wallet only for it to break very easily within 1 month. I bought a second one & the same happened. This company wanted me to post the wallet on my cost and if they thought it was there fault they would send me another one free of charge. I explained to them, “I really didn’t want another wallet from them as 2 had already broken & I didn’t agree that I had to pay for postage”. This company do not look after their customers & have terrible after sales.

I went in for an engraving option and raised a complaint to be fair it was more of a feedback but the attitude of the company sucks and when i told them i would have to put up reviews and there was not even an apology instead a rude remark from Ogon and a lady called Lucie to say and I quote \ Don't worry our customers are fully aware and \warned\ about their engraving option.. as they have the simulation on the website. We actually engrave 5000 items per year and we never had any complains.\ woooah so i was planning on picking up loads of things from them as i am very loyal to brands , I thought some of their clutches were really nice ... but then sadly it would be bye bye ogon!

Produits commandés vendredi et livrés dès le lundi. Top malheureusement un produit sur les 3 est abîmé mais lorsque j'ai contacté ce matin la société j'ai eu une personne super qui m'envoi un nouveau produit dès aujourd'hui (je croise les doigts pour le réceptionner à temps pour ce week-end). Ils sont très réactif et très commerçant. Je recommande vraiment. Réception du nouveau porte cartes jeudi ils ont très réactif et au top suite à la réception d'un des porte cartes abîmé.
