This is actually a nice store with a wide range of products at reasonable prices. It also gets plus points for serving good coffee (in exchange for a donation), and for the free charging station for electric vehicles, which is very reliable. However, whenever we we try to get any kind of advice or even if we just can't find the product we were looking for, asking the staff is just a waste of time. The responses usually range from friendly but utterly incompetent to just bothered by the fact that we are there. If things are a little bit more complicated we now go directly to Castorama...
