When I went to take an appointment a little guy was standing at the front desk. I insisted that I want an appointment with a male barberer but when I came later they told me that I will be serviced by a female so I complained and asked for another appointment. They don't even apologise and finally I had one of the worst haircut ever in my life. He cut more from one side than the other but I figured out later. Another thing he does not know anything about trimming the nape. It was an awful experience. They don't have professionalism at all. By the way this is the second time I have a cut at their shop. The first one was a bit better. Anyway I will never back again.
