I am not normally a huge fan of Decathlon: the shops in northern Italy are too crowded, untidy with unhelpful staff. I had to come here at the Hendaye shop for my vacation: my 10 yo son needed a surf board to begin surfing and so we wanted an affordable surf board to check out if he is actually into surfing. You know how fast kids change their minds about activities, right?!?! I found a tidy shop, and not only helpful and knowledgeable staff, but polite too! I found everything I needed and went back again for a return, and everything went really well. I am also satisfied of how they managed the sanitary anti- Covid regulations: they were firm but nice about enforcing the use of masks. They have dedicated paths to go in and out the shop and they have sanitizer soap at the entrance. I highly recommend this shop to all of you looking for water sports equipment and apparel!

Nice stuff, nice shopping experience, all for watersports, nice little cafe with spectacular view on the bay. Here you can shop or repair or rent. Also you find diving and kayakingclubs in the building
