vacations 2017: this is a best place it has a bowling alley and other sports it is wide in area wise also service is really very good. It made me feel like a home away from home, not forgetting the indoor swimming pool with at least 5 shower heads enough for everybody. Breakfast was also amazing with lots of options also a free newspaper near breakfast table.

it’s comfortable stay in Paxton, stuff are nice a helpful, can enjoy pull, bowling, spa, they have party’s and huge parking lots Im doing dog transport hotel is pet friendly too
We stayed at this hotel after our visit to Disneyland. Room and Bathroom was clean. What really bothered us was that they completely missed the key essence of what it is like to be in the Hospitality Industry. From the momemt we stepped into that door, we felt most unwelcome. The waiters in the Restaurant were snarky, additional to that, the food we ordered came almost cold and my pasta was barely even cooked through. Hotel staff was only reluctantly helpful and gave us snotty looks. As a couple who works in the upper class hospitality industry ourselves, we were shocked to be treated this way. I would never treat a guest like this, no matter where he comes from or how he looks like. Made the expression they were taking themselves a bit too serious.
Good: free shuttle to a train station that is one stop from Disneyland. Cozy room, friendly staff, bar and restaurant, pool, and breakfast if you choose to include it. Affordable! Bad: we asked for champagne in our arrival email and were told it would be brought. It never was. The shower window is less than a meter wide, so water WILL splash onto the ground. Get extra towels or you will slip and fall. That's the only real reasons I docked a star. I would stay again if I visit Disneyland again!
It was ok but it is not a 4 star at all!!!! Breakfast is included and there is a pool. I recommand appartcity much better!!

Yes it's SACKED
For a supposedly high class spa hotel I am rather disappointed. The bed was hard, the toilet broken and the spa area only had a pool but no gym no sauna and no service. Bathrobes where not provided although shown on the pictures. Breakfast was average good but nothing special. All in all an expensive hotel for what it offers. The only highlight was the Italian close by with great wine and food as well as great service.
