Useless store! I was told by phone that I could give my broken matebook pro X in at the store for repair, and after waiting an hour at the store, I was told that they cannot accept it, and that I had to call a service center, that doesn’t answer for 20 minutes and to send my expensive machine by post. Completely unacceptable.
