Many people working in the store, but really not organized! The cashier line is long, and the online ordering pick up service is a joke. You have to wait the entire paying line even you've already paid you order and only want to pick it up. Then three people were checking the confirmation email, not knowing what to do. More waiting just to make sure they didn't mess up the check out, so putting the information into their system took another 5 to 10 minutes. I wouldn't recommend order online, because it won't save any time, you're end up spending more time than buying directly from the store!

Excellent customer service and very knowledgable staff at the bike service. I brought my bike there since the bottom bracket was broken. It was repaiered immediately. Price was also very fair. Thanks once again for the great help

Pricing confussing. Asked if item was on sale told yes...got to pay didnt realize was charged full price! Not much assistance. Long ques. Only place to find most sports items so monopoly in the area so no options really

Il y a du choix mais que pour un nombre assez restreint de disciplines hélas. La disposition des articles en magasin me semble peu intuitive, pas toujours évident de trouver ce que l'on cherche. Éviter d'y aller en période d'affluence car les abords de l'Avenue 83 et les parkings dans ces cas là sont vraiment difficilement accessibles.
