Great gym. Has everything you need. Two stories so don’t be afraid to walk up the stairs. It’s a bit small and crowded but it’s Paris so expect it. Staff is very friendly and got us a month membership for a good price while I’m in town. Definitely worth it.

Gym looks good but they wouldn’t let me train because the gym closed in 3 hours time at 11pm?? Asked staff for their help but only offered me to come back tomorrow before 2pm. Very confusing. Should update opening hours online or offer solutions for potentially customers.
Cheap and cheerful. Very busy at lunch times and after work. Weights are never put back in the right place and a lot of equipment is overlapping or banging into other bits. You will have to wait for machines at peak times but there is everything you should need.
This gym is big and well located in Issy, not far from the metro. Good points : well furnished, quite a lot of duplicated machines, Bad points : too crowded all the except in the morning.
Great place to work out. The machines are modern and people are nice over there. The monthly plan is one of the cheapest you can find in Paris. This Fitness Parc is located right next to the metro station so you want have to walk a lot after your exhausting workout.
A little bit of that old feel boxing hangar. Goes with the territory i guess but could improve on the machines upstairs.
As far as French gyms go, this is as close to North American style layout and equipment as I've seen here. Meaning, the free weights are relatively plentiful and lots of benches and space to move. There are 2 free-squat racks (!) and 2 Smith machines. The squat racks are often occupied with people not actively working out, as is normal anywhere, but the people seem to be pretty nice. Upstairs is all cardio and weight machines. Overall this gym has a focus on weight training/musculation and isn't too fancy, and this is reflected in the price. 30 billed monthly with a 1 year contract and a relatively inexpensive sign-up fee. I go in the early mornings and it's pretty quiet.
One of the best I've been too so far. Lots of bench and new machines
