A very nice restaurant next to Geant Casino. Needed both so it was very convenient. I ordered shrimps with Vietnamese rise and it matched what I expected. The staff speaks almost no English so learn Thai or French fast so you can order what you want to eat :-) I'd visit it again next time I'm around.

The name of restaurant called 9 dragons...it cones from the family has 9 siblings. Resto run by 4 brothers. They live upstairs and work downstairs. The 4 family take shifts working.with 2 employees The staff has not changed since 20 years. Good food. Friendly service
