Delicious food! The meat was cooked medium exactly as I had asked for. The interior was cosy. We were really satisfied with our choice!

Very friendly staff and delicious food. We went in April so it wasn't too busy, but read online that in the summer you need a reservation (made fairly in advance). I believe there is also an inn on the grounds run by the restaurant owners, so I can see it getting busier. The aesthetic and ambiance were cozy and stereotypical of what you'd expect for an artisan French restaurant in the countryside. My one suggestion is to share the foie gras - it was too much for a single American to handle.
Charming 17th century farmhouse. The staff were all extremely charming and helpful. I wasn't keen on either starter on the set menu, but chose the cream of Artichoke. WOW, was i glad I did. It was amazing. We both had the Confit lamb. Another winning dish. Dessert was just as impressive. See pics. A fairly decent wine selection as well. We think we will go back again very soon.
Absolutely incredible lunch here. I ate at a Michelin star restaurant last night and this place was honestly better. The staff was wonderful, the food was delicious and you would be foolish to eat anywhere else in the area. I had foie gras, guinea fowl and cheese. Delicious!
Great place to eat a great dinner after the visit of the castle. Very friendly, top quality. Thank you ! The picture is St Jacques with saffron.
Food was delicious, however the whole experience was sadly marred by a ridiculously slow and clumsy service - one chap doing the dishes, the till and serving extremely poor service. Hire a young student or two for the summer and the service will benefit ten fold.
