My visit was very smooth. I don't speak French well but I was accommodated well by the receptionist. She took care in finding a doctor who spoke English. The interaction with the doctor was very good too. Overall a nice satisfactory experience. I will visit again if required. There was a little wait time (10 minutes) but thats not too much according to me.

I had a great experience with Dr. Dupla I have my eye myopia of 10 and 11 diops , I couldn't imagine that someday I'll see without glasses. I did the lasik surgery with Dr. Dupla, it went well, he speaks English during the surgery coz my French is not good enough. There are some side effects but they're all informed before the surgery. The secretary Celine is very nice and welcomed. I'm still following the post-operation treatments but in overall it's great. Great experience.

Helpful staff at the entrance but unnecessarily sarcastic practitioner... your patients trust you and need your expertise, nothing else so maybe take some rest and stop rushing.

Excellent clinic. Very clean and modern. I didnt have to wait long. Professional staff. I was examined by doctor Christine Jayr, she is amazing and so kind. She takes time to listen and try her best to fix my problems. 100% will come again and i really recommend this clinic.

I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time for a 10 minute eye check, then another 45 minutes to see the opthalmologist. Yes you don't have to wait long to get an appointment but the concept is flawed as soon as you arrive at the clinic!

Shocking news is that how can they appoint someone who doesn’t speak English specially when is it La Défense. Very rude and unfriendly behavior from receptionist 3 girls.. I wish authority will see this..

It’s a well structured clinic, but I wasn’t happy with the experience there because of unhelpful receptionist and the doctor was just rushing to finish the appointment.
