The worst experience I've ever had with a new purchase. Hadn't left the shop more than 200m and I had to bring my new bike back to put the saddle back on as it had slipped off. In total I returned the bike 3 times before I finally had enough. The 3rd time due to the pedal coming off while cycling down the road because the mechanic hadn't tightened the nut properly! Incompetent staff and completely unprofessional. Not even an apology, even after I nearly broke my neck during the last incident. They even refused to refund me when I asked to return it. If you insist on buying a giant bike I strongly recommend you avoid this store and buy your bike from Giant Aix En Provence as they were very understanding and helpful in getting my bike refunded. Be aware, if you buy the bike online and pick it up instore you won't get a free service after a few months and you will have to buy pedals instore as apparently new bikes don't come with pedals!? Even when the specs of the pedals are listed on their website! Also Giant doesn't have a customer services department, not even a contact number to make a complaint or speak to a regional manager. All problems are dealt with in store so if you have a problem that the store doesn't what to help you with good luck trying to get it sorted out! In the end I bought a TREK and haven't had a single problem with it in 4 months, as you would expect when buying a bike over 800. Ce magasin est une blague. A éviter comme la peste!

Je vais à ce shop depuis plus de 10 ans maintenant ( de 6 VTT) et je n'ai jamais été déçu et cela n'est pas prêt de s'arrêter... Une référence dans la région !!
