Love this place! Authentic and lots of history as well as a scenic ride down the track. Make sure you build in enough time to visit the museum too. Staff passionate about what they do and all very helpful

Train used during the Great War still on track ! So fun with kids. Great museum at the entrance.

Had a good time. The train journey lasted about 1hour. The museum was good too. The only thing we didn't like was the first train trip was not until 2.30 only two trips a day.

Had it been open, I'm pretty sure that it would have been fantastic having read do much about it. Perhaps they could consider a restricted timetable and opening hours for the museum at this time of year

A lot more than just a ride on a narrow guage railway. The museum at the start/finish of the ride is also very well laid out with excellent explanations
