We planned to rent a motorhome for several weeks and arranged everything via E-Mail. There were several special requirements and questions from our side. The whole process, including contact and support, was handled very professionally and without any problems. Enquiries in English language are also possible. We could not finalize the booking and did not rent the motorhome due to scheduling conflicts. The trip had to be postponed and therefore we cannot review the actual rent yet. However, we will follow-up in the next year.

I have been a client with Hertz for over 20 years and have rented 1000s of cars over the years for business and pleasure. Now living in France, I decided to rent a camping car from this company. They are to avoid. Absolutely terrible to deal with. I tried to cancel and was only given grief. I tried to cancel 60 days in advance. I understood from all the paperwork they send you that I would lose my deposit. That is fine. But now have to send them a registered letter to cancel my rental otherwise i will get billed 100%. WoW. This level of aggravation ! You should avoid.

Nous avons loué un camping car tout neuf (seulement 2500km sur le compteur!) chez Hertz Trois Soleils à Pierrelaye. Le camping car était très confortable et parfaitement propre. Un grand merci de notre part, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances!

Réservation d'un camping-car pour une semaine, camping-car neuf, personnels à l'écoute qui sait expliquer les choses. Très heureux de mon expérience que je renouvellerai si je le peux!
