I was visiting France when suddenly a strange metallic noise appeared in my Ford Galaxy. Although it was Friday afternoon and there was lots of customers at Baudry, a very friendly and competent gentleman took the time to figure it out and fix the problem. Then he didn't even want to charge something. Very good customer service!

Had to take our Hymer motorhome to Baudry to have an engine turbo hose replaced. They were booked solid until 11th of August but Julien Cantet (I hope this is the correct person - it's the name on the invoice) worked through his lunch break to help us out. Outstanding service! Un dépannage express... aussitôt arrivé après mon appel, aussitôt la voiture branchée. Diagnostic établi, réparation faites, 1h plus tard me voilà reparti dans le sud sans mes soucis. Très pro... Merci beaucoup.
