Pursuing Fontainebleau visit I discovered the Salamander restaurant. Good food experience , the chef work both the presentation and value the products very well. Service is very good too. I have tasted the best strawberry pie of my life. No pictures it was was looking so good that I jumped on it and forgot to take a picture. It is a bit more expensive that what I was expected but it is fine .

Nice atmosphere. Service with attention to detail. Good selection of wines with a range of prices. Everything we tried from the menu was excellent: interesting flavours and combinations, perfectly prepared. Slightly more expensive than we usually pay, but it was definitely worth it.
