First of all very impressive how lovely the staff was,n so common in France. As vegetarian I loved the food from starter to dessert! Totally impressed, and all this, for a great price too! Recommended! Also being served in proper English was great.

Small cosy restaurant offering french cuisine. We were pleasantly surprised by a grilled cheese (I think Brie) as starter. The healthy salad with smoked salmon and soup was good too. As a main food I ordered the vegetarian option which wasn’t the best. Other liked their beef very much. As for dessert we all went for a chocolate cake with ice cream which was good. The staff was nice. I would come again.
L'air du temps is located in the center of Fontainebleau. The restaurant is small but really cosy and authentic. The menu is simple (you don't have many dishes) but it has a good variety between different flavours. The portions are generous. The price is a bit overpriced, but it is in line with Fontainebleau They have a nice selection of drinks. Wine is delicious but a bit overpriced. Service is friendly and happy to help you. But they speak little English. Recommended overall.
Just excellent French food and wine. Cozy little restaurant in the center of fountainebleau, l’air du temps offers a Small but delicious menu and incredible desserts. Service is very gentil and price is ok. One of the places where to go in town
probably our favourite restaurant in Fontainebleau first of all thanks to the amazing team of waiters there (always welcoming even when we come in our noisy formation with daughter dog, always trying to find a place even without reservation, always ready with a smile) and last but not least thanks to the great food that we are enjoying every time we come. thank you!

The waiter offered me a lobster salad which he said was delicious but not on the menu unfortunately. I took it and also ordered some house wine. The prices for meals on the menu varied from 8 to about 20 euros with the exception of a steak that cost 29 euros. When I asked for a bill it turned out that the lobster salad was 49 euros and the house wine was 42 euros. Not only was the salad a mediocre one, but they also mislead and simply reap off their clients.
Amazing. My favorite meal in France yet. This was my first attempt at actual French food. As a vegetarian, I'm very nervous about new types of cooking, but the waitresses were both super nice and helpful (Yes, in English). I will definitely go back.
