You can book the tours very easily online. We did it in one of the shops. The two people working in the shop in the museum were very nice and could speak English very well. Almost everything is also written in English. They even offered to change the video that usually runs in French to the video in English. You can watch them working in the factory. Very interesting. They have a little activity for children at the end. My daughter loved it. Trying the chocolate at the end was of course the best. The man working at the shop explained each piece of chocolate very well, and it was very interesting. Of course we couldn't leave empty handed.

Everything was great, especially the quality of the chocolate. The museum goes over the whole process and is very detailed. The only thing you need to consider is even though you can book the visit on weekends... There are no workers there showing you how the chocolate is done. :( and they don't warn you

Fun experience for kids. The history is clearly laid out and then you get to see the chocolate being made and of course the best bit the tasting.

Interesting little museum and taste testing afterwards. My 4 children aged 8 years to 14 years all enjoyed it, especially the tasting part. The entire visit took an hour.

I visited l'atelier du chocolat, we arrived and we needed to wait an hour or two (around lunch time) which is the only thing bad about our visit. The museum was fascinating and good to read and watch the video on how chocolate is made. We also got to see the chocolatier make their delicious chocolates. We also got to taste fantastic tasty chocolates. Staff are very kind, you also can buy chocolates and appreciate them at home. For kids great activities at the end. I totally advise doing the visit...

Nice way to spend an hour or 2...get to learn the history of chocolate and if lucky watch it being made. At the end the children had an opportunity to paint some colouring on a piece of chocolate and take it home and the parents got to munch on various pieces of chocolate as the artists were working away...all very enjoyable!!!

It was a very nice self guided tour. Thank goodness there is an Elgish version and the sales clerks speak English. The free tasting was so welcoming. I bought too much because of the free tasting.
