One of the screws fell out of my daughter’s sunglasses. They were inexpensive, but she loved them. We stopped into two stores, one near Latin Optique, and Latin Optique. At the nearby store, after we explained the situation, they quickly could tell they would make no money off of us, gave us the cold shoulder, and wanted us out of their store quickly. But at Latin Optique, we had the opposite experience. We were greeted warmly, and the greeting did not change after we explained the nature of the problem. The gentleman was kind to both me and my daughter, and despite my efforts, refused payment for either the parts or his service. I highly recommend this business for being the kind of high-quality, customer-oriented, expert-service business that we sometimes fear are becoming extinct in this 21st century world. 100% recommend, 100% trust. (Je ne vais pas traduire tout ca en francais, mais je dirai tout simplement que ici on trouve une personne de qualite qui fait un travail de qualite. Meme dans un quartier plein de touristes (comme moi!), ici c’est une petite commerce qui rend service aux clients comme on fait a ses voisins dans un village ou tout le monde se connait!

This was the worst experience I have had with sunglasses. It was the worst experience I have had with Customer Service. It also was one of the worst experiences I have had in Paris, in general. Don't come here if you are foreign, or not prepared for a battle. I was specifically looking for Prada sunglasses, and they had the ones I wanted. I purchased them (in cash, he explained, to get the discount). I got a receipt, luckily. I walked outside, put them on, and realized they were polarized. I walked right back (3 minutes later), explained, and that's when the guy got really angry. He told me they weren't polarized, told me to go away, etc. I got advice from an optics shop in the neighborhood, went back, and explained that I had 7 days to return them legally, had only tried them on. He got angry again, rattled off in french (i can speak but only slowly, so I asked him to speak more slowly). I ended up sitting and waiting until he would give me a refund. After a few more instances of scolding and yelling (yes, it was this ridiculous), I started to cry. At which point he handed me back my cash and shuffled me out quietly to not upset the other customers. Bizarre, rude, bad service. Not to mention the cash purchase. And, to top it off, I bought the normal ones in another shop, where they said that the price I paid was not even a discount!!
I paid a very high price for glasses which aren't properly adjusted, especially for use on a computer. When I went back to the shop the owner flatly refused to check my glasses and told me to adjust my chair or computer screen ! Rude, dishonest and non-existent after-sales service. Make sure you go to a professional, trained optician to avoid this kind of rip-off!

J'y ai acheté une paire de lunettes de vue il y a quelques années. Le service pouvait paraître bien, j'ai reçu de bons conseils sur la paire de lunettes, mais pas de devis ni de factures remis. Les lunettes de soleil sont cependant polarisées sans que je l'ai demandé, mais pourquoi pas car elles sont fournies en plus. Quelques années plus tard, les verres de mes lunettes de vues, soient disant de très bonne qualité, sont complètement rayées au niveau de mes cils. Puis sur tout le verre. Je doute fortement de la qualité des verres et du professionnalisme de cette boutique.
Verres de très bonne qualité sur une monture fait artisanalement dans leur atelier. Accueil très agréable, et j'ai pu avoir très rapidement mes lunettes avant les vacances
C’est mieux de voir avec des mutualistes ils sont plus compétant et connaissent bien les procédures. Malheureusement dans cette boutique rien est expliqué comme il se doit . Les choses sont fait à la vite on voit bien que tous ce qui les intéresse c’est être payé de suite, les prix son gonflés à leur gré, n’en parlons pas de l’accueil . Être un bon commercial, un opticien professionnel c’est pas chercher à manipuler, c’est respecter le consommateur et ses envies .
Je suis venue faire réparer mes lunettes car une branche était tombée. Accueil agréable, service rendu rapidement. Merci!
