firstly i had to pay twice for soap because the soap dispenser did not give it the first time! it also charged me 1.40 for the dryer which should have given me 10 minutes but the machine only did 5! secondly the soap is rubbish, i finished my load and when i inspected the clothes they were not properly washed despite the machine only being half full so plenty of room for the clothes to tumble about. bring your own soap and maybe you’ll be okay but for me i wasted about 10 and will need to wash my clothes again when i get to my new destination. and watch out for the machines eating your money!! edit: in response to the owner no, i did not call the number because 1. it costs me more money on an international phone plan, 2. there was no guarantee or indication i would be able to communicate with the person in english since all the signage in the laundrette is in french and 3. i leave marseille tomorrow and have several other errands to run before i go so no time to wait for someone to show up and wash my clothes a second time! if you wish to reimburse me my 10 though i can drop by later this evening. but automatically blaming an ineffective wash on user error instead of actually listening to the complaint, basically denying that the machine ate my money not once but TWICE...is not a good look. i use laundrettes regularly and know not to overload the machine and put the soap in the correct dispenser, thanks.

I can't speak or read a word of French. Walked to this coin laundry from hotel and it's excellent It's clean, very user friendly. You can purchase detergent from the vending machine also provided. I came with coins and my own detergent. All in all it's excellent. High quality washing and drying machines.
Lieux propre, machine nickel le linge de lave très bien. Lessive a disposition. Abordable et économique. Sèche linge performant.

en travaux temporairement je n'ai pu trouver l'entrée de la laverie...
