Food were absolutely tasty, staff were friendly and attentive. They took note of my diet and make sure to propose appropriate menu! Ambience is slightly noisy but bearable. Decor is minimalist/modern and clean. Excellent night!

The restaurant has very light and harmonious atmosphere and friendly service. The menu is well balanced with seasonal ingredients. We have ordered the set menu which give us the opportunities to taste a number of dishes, I really enjoyed the veal tartar with oyster Gillardeau and the lean fish filet. The apricot tart as a dessert served a nice touch for the meal and I strongly recommend to order a coffee at the end and enjoy the little surprise it brings.
Michelin Star restaurant located in Fontainebleau. Nice minimalistic decor on the inside with great service and great set menu. The food is mainly french inspired with a hint of Japanese flavors. Set menus are between 60eur and 75eur with an extensive wine list. Great dinner option for a date but also great culinary experience among friends.

This is one of the best restaurants I have been. The atmosphere is pleasant and bright. Service absolutely beautiful without been too much. Every plate was perfect with amazing combination of tastes. Overall a top experience! Did I mention that the owner is the chef and that they got a Michelin Star??? Must visit if you are in the area.

Consistently (hence, 1 Michelin star?!) good – generally tasty food, friendly service, nice ambience. Worth a visit when being in/around Fontainebleau. Well executed French (fusion?) cuisine with a slight touch of chef Kunihisa Goto's heritage of Japanese cuisine. Returned there too soon as their menu did not change as quickly as I hoped it would…
