Another piece of hidden history. It was simple and easy to walk around with little restrictions but a lot of feeling back in time. Great for family as an off the beaten track tour.

What a wonderful view from the grounds. Well worth a visit as is the entire area. Le Barroux is a beautiful hilltop town with great views of the surrounding countryside. Plan on spending at least an hour.
Beautiful village to visit
One of the more \Fortress\ style castles in the area. It's still under renovation so it's not as nice as other options. It's still worth a visit because you have lots of freedom and the cows of the surrounding areas is pretty cool.
A great stop. This castle has taken a beating and wonderful people have done a great job bringing it back to us.
Nice caste which offers a great view of the area. The admission fee is 5,-, which allowes you to explore the various rooms and areas of the caste on your own, guided by a booklet (available in various languages). It was a great experience to learn about the history of the Château.
