You go to a buffet for the quantity not the quality. All in all the food was decent , especially the nems and eggrolls , but try not fill up on these , cause you still have a variety of other chineses dishes and even sushi(but i wouldn't recommend the sushi). For 13 during midday i would say it's not a bad deal.

This is the worst buffet I have ever been to, and as an American, unfortunately I've been to a few buffets. Do not listen to your hotel staff if they tell you that it's the only restaurant open on Sunday. There are three others literally across the street.
