Booked a room for June 2020 24 Hour Le Mans Race. When the race was postponed to September 2020, hotel offered to move my reservation. Ultimately, I was unable to attend the race in 2020. Hotel cancelled my reservation without hassle. Manager very cordial and professional. Excellent customer service experience.

Do not book this hotel, they cancel your reservation when there is an event!!! (Re scheduleld 24h Le Mans) In that way they can sell the room for more

You would be happiest about this place if you go into it thinking about it as urban camping. No air conditioning, so you have no choice but leave the window open all day/night and cars and scooters drive by at night at 15 minute intervals at wide open throttle waking you up just about the time you start to fall back asleep after the last one... Plus the beds are about as soft as the floor. Pick a different hotel in a different location! You would be happy to pay more for a room that you can actually sleep in than for this place that you will simply lay there regretting not paying a bit more for actual sleep!

Do not go here. Unethical. Website said pending charge would be placed on credit, instead, full amount charged a year in advance. When we cancelled because of bad reviews on dirty rooms, these hucksters refunded NONE of the amount. Ripped us off almost 1000! RUN AWAY!

Chambre très vétuste et mal entretenue ! Moquette sale et tâchée de partout, radiateur qui se détache du mur. Poignée de porte de la salle de bain cassée, distributeur de salon cassé , porte de placard cassé et j'en passe....
