A truly fantastic experience. My meal began with a red wine recommendation based on my expressed preferences. It was perfect. Next came a fabulous and delicate pumpkin soup, followed by perfectly cooked lamb two ways. So tender, practically falling off the bone. I finished up with a delicious cinnamon pear, paired with cottage cheese sorbet and ginger foam. Beyond any of that, the server was so kind and attentive. He worked with my limited French out of respect before eventually switching to English— a kind gesture. He answered my questions thoughtfully, made excellent recommendations throughout the meal, and conversed with me a bit about Nantes and what to do during my brief stay. One note for travelers...this restaurant does not accept American Express.

Décevant ! On s'attendait au vu des avis à un cadre charmant, première déconvenue. De plus, le serveur n'a fait preuve d'aucune sympathie : expéditif et négligeant, il n'a pas daigné s'enquérir de savoir si les différents plats nous avaient plu et nous a débarrassé sans un mot! On ne s'est pas sentis considérés du tout. Les produits sont très bons mais les portions pourraient être plus généreuses... Je ne recommanderai pas même pour un plan b.
