Really welcoming staff and a nice place to have dinner. Given the location I would say it's a little more expensive that needed (probably thanks to our dear friend the coronavirus they had to raise prices) but otherwise the hamburgers are good and the place itself it's a nice hommage to Caroll Shelby. If you have to stay around the area for business or pleasure, definitely it's one of the best options.

Ate at le shelby after a day biking in the Loire visiting chateaux. Weren't sure what to expect but had a wonderful dinner. Food was delicious and do was the wine. After dinner, chatted with the owner about his love of American muscle cars. Will definitely go back next time we visit Blois.
Awesome burgers! Big selection and perfect taste. Only the prices leave a little aftertaste.

Très bon burger avec frites maison.les glaces sont excellentes la viande et l'andouillette sont des produits de qualités bien cuisiné et servi. Les règles d'hygiène sont là. Pour ma part très bien
Bravo à toute l'équipe, le patron accueillant, sympa avec un humour qui tient la route, pour les repas chapeau pour nous proposer du bon avec je suis sûr une attention toute particulière en cette période où ils font preuve de professionnalisme, l'ambiance, la déco, tout y est,on y reviendra c'est sûr.
Le plus mauvais hamburger que j'ai eu l'occasion de manger, buns très sec, complètement insipide et quasiment aucunes garnitures. Dommage qu il s'agissait d'une commande à emporter, si nous avions été sur place je pense qu'il aurait eu explications. Je ne le recommande absolument pas et pour moi c'était la dernière fois.
