Another lovely stay in your charming surroundings! already looking forward to booking our next visit. The gite had everything you could wish for - soft comfy beds, plenty of space in the open plan kitchen / lounge area also with the outside seating - which was welcome during the warm weather - and the chickens wandering around - idyllic! Thanks again Richard and Sandra

This is a beautiful place to stay (3rd visit). Set in the rural french countryside, it is idyllic and tranquil, the perfect place to unwind and relax. If you enjoy the outdoors then there are some lovely walks to do along with kayaking. Also ideal for visiting the various war memorials etc. The owners are a very lovely couple and make you feel welcome.

We returned to La Buissonniere for another visit and as usual we received a very warm welcome from Sandra and Richard. The gite is so well appointed, immaculately clean, comfortable and lovingly decorated that we couldn't help but return. The location is so peaceful and relaxing and yet only a short distance from many places of interest. We revisited some of our favourite places and explored new. Our holiday experience was excellent. We had the best sleep and returned home feeling very rested and wishing we could have stayed longer. The gite is so deserving of our 5* rating. Thank you Sandra and Richard, we look forward to visiting you again soon.

It's very pretty, set in a quiet rural area. Plenty of parking and room round the back for sunning or eating out. They have WiFi and Freesat for rainy days, but there wasn't many of those during August. The owners were most welcoming and helpful.

We returned after a great 3 weeks in Feb 2017 for another week in Sep.The welcome was again so warm. We felt comfy and at home in minutes. The decor is beautiful, the facilities among the best we have ever found and the area perfect for exploring. Sandra and Richard were on hand to make our visit special. Excellent!
