Regular local ferry service. Wasn't a long wait to board on the way back north, but was a very long wait on the way south. The service itself is reasonably priced and does just exactly what you asked - deliver you and your car to other side of the estuary.

Gets really busy. We queued for over two and a half hours on a Saturday morning. Once you get there it is a nice little ferry, friendly and efficient service. However at busy times probably better going the longer route via Bordeau.
