Fantastic views over the Seine. More like an English castle than a typical French Château. Most of it is in ruins but there is an area that has been maintained. Tip! Park the car at the very top of the hill and walk to the castle.
Amazing views from the castle ruins. Visits were unfortunately not available that day (only open Wednesday to Sunday at specific hours)

Amazing place with stunning views. Definitely drive up to avoid a 20 minute hike up. Tickets are around 5 euros to enter (dungeons). Offers a perfect view over the Seine and Les Andelys. Expect small to medium crowds.
Castle ruins, partly restored with wonderful views over the plain and loops of the river Seine. Large free car park on top of the hill from where you have a great view of the castle and town. When the castle was in use it must have been an awesome sight to people who lived in small houses. Free public toilets. Most of the castle ruins are free to enter, it is only the highest keep part you pay for and it’s not good value.

The best view to see this ruin castle is from the parking across the castle. You can see the castle and also the little village and the small lake beside the village. Take a good walking shoes. To reach the top of the castle is not far 10 to 15 min walking. There's also a normal road in case you go with baby stroller. I didn't visit the inside castle. Just walking around the ruin.
