One of the worst I've been to so far. Where to start ? - lack of honesty in the prices, not telling them even when asked. They just compel you to get the most expensive stuff - slow service, even with just a few customers - the shoes where too large, which is actually dangerous - not even friendly

Very positive, professional and friendly stuff! They took care and were very patient - explained advantages and disadvantages of equipment I was interested in. No pushing for buying - this is really what I was looking for! I would go there any time again and when I go back to Les-Deux-Alpes next time I will definitely visit Jacques Sport again! Glad to have found that place!

Outstanding customer service. The owner /manager has nothing but time to get your boots fitting right. He really knows his stuff and definitely cares about his customers. My girlfriend and I have been in there everyday tweaking our boots and everyday nothing is too hard for them!
