We took a canoe for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids in the center). We did the 13 km trip (count 2h30 for the trip without break). The kids enjoyed the trip. The river is quite quiet so you'll need your muscles ! At some place the river was a little shallow so we had to push the canoe back to deeper water but that's feasible, think of using some sandals. The landscape is very nice.

We did the shortest trip of 9 km with our three kids of 10, 8 and 6. Canoeing is easy and relaxing, at some points there is an acceleration of the stream which is big fun. Explanation was done in English. Fully recommended!
Excellent canoe journey along the Dordogne. We thought the canoes were well made after testing their durability when capsizing mid journey and the life jackets worked well. Also a shout out to the water tight container manufacturers as our valuables remained intact.
Nice spot with ok kayaks. Very convenient and efficient organisation. You'll get in the waiter very quickly without any useless safety briefing or disclaimer nonsense.
We didn't book ahead and arrived at about 11-30am. We were able to book 3 canoes no problem at a cost of 85. We were given large dry plastic cylinders in which you can take water, food, phone, etc. After 30 mins or so we were driven in a bus to the river where we assisted by a representative. The river was pretty shallow in places and was easy to navigate. It took us 2 1/2 hours to paddle back to the company jetty. There were places or pebbly banks to stop on the side of the river for lunch. So an enjoyable trip out.
Very easy, turned up, canoeing very quickly, beautiful stretch of river. Take plenty of water and a packed lunch there are plenty of places to stop. They have big waterproof barrels for your things while you are canoeing. Great experience.
Super nice tour!
The experience was awesome but we got a broken canoe that just didmt wanted to go straight. We had to paddle so much because of the zigzags the canoe was doing and everyone else from other companies went way faster without doing half of the work! That's the only thing that irritated me, besides that the river was very beautiful, the company brought us with a bus to the beginning of the route and they also sell river shoes for anyone who may have forgotten theirs. (P.d. there are a lot of flies that bite in that river but it seems like they just attack foreigners)
