Being on holiday the collapse of our suspension was not something we were expecting! They dealt with the repair quickly (once RAC Assistance got themselves in gear) and professionally.
They are very professional and helpful. There is a pleasant area to wait for your car when something has gone wrong. They have gone out of their way to help me in the past with even minor problem.
