I really appreciated Iryna and Ombeline’s help. They were able to find me a great studio in the Monceau neighborhood 17th within a week of my first viewings. They were good with sticking to my budget and extremely responsive and communicative throughout the process. I have had a good experience with Lodgis except that our landlord never returned our security deposit and the agency has not done anything except send a few emails. They say they can't do anything to return our money. Our old landlord's apartment is still up on their website for a new tenant to rent, which reflects very poorly on them as they do not care if their customers are stolen from by the landlords they advertise for. after several months, Lodgis has done nearly nothing to help us get thousands of euros back. Do Not rent from Philippe Mistre!
