Package arrived and waited for ages in their warehouse without me being notified of its presence. VERY long wait at the depot when we finally figured out that it had arrived - like hours!

Very bad workers. Slow and no communication. I have to unload in Friday but need to stay until Monday.... Because I late is not my fault. But they said is impossible to unload....... not good.
