1. Badly maintained room---bathroom lights out, shower gel dispenser empty, tower shortage, bedroom curtain unhooked at one end, and even though it's a studio with kitchen, only one 1.5 -quart pot and one 8" pan were supplied, the only litchen knife was a tiny paring knife; no housekeeping during our 4-night stay even hotel tax was charged; guests were required to dispose garbage to a stinky dropping place. 2. Unhelpful staff---our train was cancelled due to transport strike. We asked a female staff to help us contact railway company since we do not speak French. The answer was no, because it's guest's personal business. The entire facility looked shabby and unclean, totally different from its photos. Don't be fooled like us!

Booked this hotel in February for a conference. Everything is confirmed through my university travel agency. Still shows as confirmed. When I get in they tell me they cancelled my booking and couldn’t say why. No manager on duty and front desk receptionist Romain was not helpful at all. They never notified me or the travel agency or university that they were cancelling this reservation. Reception says this isn’t the first time this has happened! I confirmed with the travel agency that I had a reservation and they spoke with them and nothing. They obviously overbooked. Do not stay here, for any reason. They are not trustworthy and see no problem in cancelling a reservation with no cause and not notifying anyone.
This hotel was very good. The staff was very friendly, they gave us free bottles of water. The room was very clean, very spacious. We had a kitchen too! We didn't see how the breakfast was. There was one problem. The zone isn't very good. We had our car parked in front of the hotel . Something unlucky happend to my car. A person tried to break inside our car. If you come there by your car, I recommand you park it at the hotel's parking lot which is underground. We had our car on LPG so we couldn't park it there. In overall: Room 9/10 Staff 10/10 Location 4/10
It deceived my money. The situation is that I booked one room for four people from 13rd to 16th of September, 2019. I booked it through an application called Agoda and I already paid money for my room. When i arrived they even charged 200 more from my bank card and said that it is the deposit for the room. They also promised that when I checked out the money will be returned to me automatically. But they did not return it at all. After getting back to my country, I tried to contact them by calling and messaging but they did not reply any of it. I am writing this to tell you guests in the future that do not book this apartment. It deceives people’s money. It is not trustworthy. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IT!
There is a bed and a shower. Everything in the room is clean. Staff is kind. But that’s it. If for you, a hotel is supposed to be something almost a little bit more comfortable than home - this is the wrong place for you. The floors and rooms need serious renovation. The carpet floors in the corridors look like they haven’t been cleaned for 15 years. For some reason some of the doors don’t open with a magnetic card but with a key (looks like they just tore off a part of the cardreader to put an old-fashioned lock instead). In the room you can see holes from screws and dusty lines on the wall indicating something had been hanging there. The owners don’t even bother to make the rooms look more appealing.
Great location, the metro terminal is right outside the door. Room is minimal but comfortable. The room however can get hot and stuffy and the air conditioning doesn't work well. My suggestion, open a window
The star is for the bed and roof it provided. Other than that service was horrible. Receptionists do not speak good english and are very hard to communicate with. Also had problems with the cleaning crew. They delayed the date that they were supposed to clean once, and another time the reception told us they were cleaning on a different day than scheduled but the cleaning lady came to our room unexpectedly the same day to clean. There seems to be no communication between the two. Also cleaning person doesnt dust anything. When we arrived the shelves looked like they hadn’t been dusted in months, and even after the cleaning of the room the shelves remainded untouched. Few of the plates and cups they provided were chipped or broken from previous guests. Airconditioning doesn’t work. Seems like it has been broken for years and nobody cares to fix it but when a metal piece was sticking out of the elevator entrance they fixed it in less that a day . We were provided with fans during the heatwave that really didnt do anything. Overall not satisfied with my stay here and won’t be coming back.
