Those who are going there to understand la taxe d'habitation, you better gi there on Monday or Thursday these are the two days wich you could go there without an appointment. And don't expect to finish everything quickly, there's a lot of people there and because of covid they only let 10 people enter every about 20min so expect a long day because after you will have to wait again for your number. After that you will have to finish all the paper work. Please don't do the mistake of going without the necessary papers. You need the contract to where you live, passport or id with photocopies, if you work then work contract or anything that can be used as proof and there they will give another paper to fill out. Please note that these ate the papers that I needed they may demand other things depending on your situation.

Le Monsieur grisonnant à l'accueil des impôts devrait avoir une formation d'accueil.... Car pour le coup, on ne se sent pas du tout accueilli !!! On l'embete je pense !!

La personne que j'ai eue à plusieurs reprises par courriel était professionnelle et courtoise ; de plus, elle était bienveillante vis-à-vis de la mise à jour de mon dossier.

Les deux personnes que j'ai eu au téléphone étaient polis et j'ai eu les réponses à mes questions sans difficulté, ensuite j'ai pu réglé mes affaires sur le site (mon espace particulier) directement.
