This place seriously sucks. I had to print my thesis. I handed it to them and said it was my thesis and they asked me what sort of binding I wanted and that was it. We spoke in French no problem and I even had a French friend with me since I am not a native speaker. They charged me 112 Euros to print 4 theses. It was ridiculous. When I came back later they were all single sided and they printed all the pictures black and white. As this was a thesis on Art History the fact that all the paintings portrayed were in black and white was sort of an issue. I told them and they, of course, blamed me and said that I had not asked for color. Well, the guy working definitely did not ask me any details whatsoever. He just took it and charged me. He tried to blame it on my language skills but I told him that I clearly remember him only asking for whether I wanted a metal or plastic binding. He took my zipdrive again and told me he was be ohhh sooo nice and do me a favor and print out the color paintings. It was after I got home and it was closed that I realized he only printed about half of the color photos out for me, so my 100 euro thesis was half in color and half in black and white. My roommate went to another copy place and the 4 theses costs like 30 euros. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE EXPENSIVE AND THEY ARE JERKS. There are many other options in Lyon.

Accueil peu cordial A la question pouvez vous m’indiquer votre adresse e-mail afin que je vous envoie mon fichier pdf ? Réponse expéditive du type : -« Vous l’avez sous le nez ! » 20,80 uros pour l’impression de 7 malheureuses pages en format A3.... Couleur s’il vous plaît !!!! - « On ne fait que du volume ici » m’a t on répondu.... Autant dire que l’on ne cherche pas fidéliser celui qui potentiellement aura un jour des besoins plus importants. Scandaleux, honteux Soyez assuré que je ne ferai pas de publicité à votre établissement et que je ne reviendrai pas ! Ce qui j’imagine, au regard de la culture de votre entreprise, importe bien peu.

Prix très très excessifs (62 pour un dossier couleur à relier de 46 pages), soit disant car ils sont plutôt à destination des professionnels que des particuliers... En plus, le personnel est antipathique limite grossier (ironique, cynique, désobligeant, bref attitude qui n’a pas lieu d'être avec des clients) ! Je ne recommande absolument pas

2 pour imprimer une feuille A4 en noir & blanc... Je sais que les tarifs sont adaptés pour des quantités supérieures mais quand même... Ça prend littéralement 5sec à faire. Tant que vous le ferez à ce prix vous aurez des avis négatifs c’est normal.
