Amazing Vietnamese place, recently opened and completely local business, super fresh and good food, the owner is really nice and staff too. Would recommend the terrace on sunny days if you manage to get a spot in time!

Service is fast friendly. The place is very nicely decorated just very loud and cold at the front and back entrance. The food is fresh except of the springroll. We took 3 different pad Thai and one of them was spicy (not indicated in the menu) and it happened to be the one for my son.

It is my second time to hanoï ca phe, the view is great but that is all. More than 20 minutes for the waitress to take our order and had an attitude. After 10 minutes of waiting for our order she came back to inform that they are out of beef. Prices are really high too. Paid my drink and left. If you have time to kill waiting for basic services I recommend. If you wanna eat, certainly not.

It’s bad. I ordered a pho bo. It came a cold raw noodles. See my picture, that noodle is not bending. It’s raw and the soup was not even hot. It’s only about 34-38 degree. As an Asian... I don’t get why it had four stars. However, I still finish the food, it just because I don’t want to waste but it is bad.

LOVED this place! Orvelie the manager is an absolute doll and we adored our spicy cocktails

nicely decorated restaurant that is a bit cramped. The staff was welcoming and friendly, yet seemed to be very stressed and not able to manage small number of guests they had in an efficient manner. Everything felt very rushed and not very well organized. The food, was okay at best. If it weren’t for the availability of hot sauce, my pad Thai would have been flavorless with the exception of the extremely salty chicken. The portion size was generous and quite filling. The cocktails offered were the only highlight of my visit.

Very nice decor and view from the outside. Great atmosphere for dinner over looking the river. Food is tasty and great representation of Vietnamese cusisine.

Good view and service, but cold food, and not really tasty... normal .
