Awesome experience. Milder version of Thai delicacies with almost authentic Thai flavour. Warm stuffs. And don't forget to try thai signature Chang beer !
Had a really pleasant lunch with a group of friends. Ordered the vegetarian bol and it was delicious. Textures, colours and taste were perfect. Unfortunately, service was extremely slow and waiters were not sympathetic at all. I am always surprised by staff who shows a lot of stress during rush hours and make the clients feel like it is their fault.... We had to wait 25 min before being asked about drinks or even being given some water, on a very hot day. It was a bit awkward to sense that we were not welcome. I'd advise Siam's team to pay more attention to friendly details that can go a long way.
Small tapas style Thai dishes, inexpensive at about 5 each. We ordered 2 curries, carmelized beef, noodles and rice, all very good. Be sure to get some hot sauce on the side to spice it up. Friendly service, our server was helpful and spoke good English. Recommended!
Super friendly staff, a simple yet tasty menu and a tapas like build your own thai inspired food. We loved all the meals with coconut milk because they did the milk so well. Price is great (29 USD for a 3 course meal). The place doesn't have many many table so I'm assuming that it can fill up quickly.
Looking for alternative to station food for quick lunch around Lyon central train station (Part Dieu), I found this bistro walking distance. I arrived before lunch was due to start, but staff were very accommodating and allowed me to sit while they finished preparing. Had the plat du jour, (delicious), accompanied by a very reasonable house wine (Côte du Rhône), all for unbeatable 15. Hope to stay and enjoy longer next time (was rushing to catch my train).
