It reflects on their special personalities: eclectic, spiritual, visually strong and always renewed by a new passion. It is hard to leave without finding a piece to cherish for life. It is even harder to just leave with just one when so many captured your eyes and heart.

I have discovered MAD LORDS recently. I ordered a bracelet by M.Cohen and I have received it in less than 48h. They have an awesome selection of jewelry and they are absolutely pro, offering great online assistance by promptly answering to all of my questions. I will definitely visit the store when I will be in Paris.
Horrible - purchased a necklace that wasn't accurately described on their website. I notified customer service that I wanted to return it. I ended up having to pay 114 to ship it back and pay import duties/taxes. DO NOT BUY from here if you live in the U.S.

Was on vacation in Paris and happened to stumble across Mad Lords and decided to get a piercing. They have the most amazing pieces of jewelry in store! All the employees were extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. I decided to get my tragus pierced and Thibault made the piercing process quick and painless! I highly recommend coming here for a piercing or for jewelry. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in Paris
Terrible customer service. They don’t bother to offer an explanation just cancel your order and remove item from website because clearly they’ve made a mistake. I tried reaching out to ask what happened but I didn’t receive a response. I made sure I was contacting them during operating hours as well. Why have a chat feature that you’re just going to ignore? Terrible customer service.
