Our company uses mailjet... the tool is very good HOWEVER... if you have a problem, like we have at the moment.. you are stuck and lost. We are blocked from sending with no further info then to open a ticket... we did.. no response. Please hire more tech people to handle your tickets or have at least a chat function. We pay for 30.000 emails a month and a very important campaing is now stalling..

I can't believe what a joke of a service this is and how bad the customer support is. Every single time we've tried to send out a campaign, they've limited our sending and stopped us despite there never being an issue with our unsubscribe or spam #s. At first they want a whole essay's worth of information about your company to prove you are worthy to send some emails, which we were fine doing once. Now they've blocked us again and are asking for the same data. When we pointed out our numbers are fine and that we've already been through this vetting process, they just ignore you. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. They don't seem to understand their customers are trying to run a business. You can't just randomly block people from sending on a service they pay for and then be completely unresponsive. It's a shame we invested so much into developing for their API and system. STAY AWAY and use another provider.

Do you self a favor and use any other provider but this. We have been using them for 5 months as a paying business account. A few emails stopped coming in so tried to log in to check the status of the account. Was unable to log in so tried to reset password. No reset code, confirmation code or steps to get a new password ever came through. Obviously tried that several times but had no luck. Raised several tickets from their account access issues link. No one ever came back. Resulted to sending them a message on Twitter in the hopes of getting someone's attention. Got a scripted PR reply, provided our ticket numbers, and never heard back from anyone. We are a paying customer with users and cannot access our account. At this stage we are actually trying to cancel our membership, but are unable to because we cannot get into our account. Our next move is to just call the local authorities there, as they have our credit card details and are charging us for something that we cannot cancel or even access... By far the worst support I've ever dealt with. Save yourself the pain and just use any other provider - this company is a JOKE.

Use something else. There are great alternatives out there. I had a big issue with automated scenario and have been waiting for 2 weeks , still going... without any solution. This is obviously unnacceptable . Please use sendInBlue or Twillio for your very own mental health

This company the most horrible one in mailings, I have make payment and they take from my cart but they didn't activate my account and didn't refund back my money is fake company .
