While a relatively small site with one casement (bunker) for viewing, they have packed in a lot of information, artifacts and photos of it's demise. The gentleman (volunteer) who was looking after the site today was most informative, kind and helpful......while it normally closes at 12 to 1400, he was keeping it open so people could see the site and contents alike....fair play. This is not a massive complex by any stretch of the imagination but well worth a visit if you are in the area. I drive down from Strasbourg, it was shy of an hour's journey. From here I went to the Maginot museum in Turcksheim another 40 mins away but well worth it. Fair play to the great volunteers who give their time so us "Joe public" get to see them. Bravo.

We turned up ad hoc and the museum was closed although the grounds and some exhibits are accessible. After a short time we were spotted by the museum manager as he passed by who promptly came in and opened up for us out of hours!! Absolutely phenomenal display of memorabilia within and so much history rammed into one location

Small place but honourable memorial, with helpful German and French speaking stuff. 3/person entry that is very much worth it.

Interesting bit of history from the beginning of WWII. The staff were very friendly to our children and the inside displays were very informative.

Interesting bike tour stop for a bit of history, but not worthy of a car tour stop. Small, but well documented (French, German, English) history of this place and the futility of the Maginot line (and war in general). A few nice armored piece on display, and a cool, bombed out bunker.

Nice little stop of traveling through Europe
