Absolutely abysmal. I used to visit regular, was never fantastic but decent enough for a cheap snack in central Paris, but the service has nosedived, where the staff always used to be fun & helpful they are now surly & unpleasant. Went in with my daughter & asked for 2 plain margarita pizzas, saw them take 2 with ham & Sausage out of the cabinet, pointed out this wasn't what we wanted was assured it wasn't for us. 2 pizzas turn up with Sausage shaped holes on one & ham shaped spaces on the other (which still had small pieces of ham on it) said this wasn't what we ordered so they took it away, said only had 1margarita left would a vegetarian pizza be OK, I said yes that would be OK. Got the veggie one OK but the margarita was the ham pizza with extra cheese on top to hide it. Totally unacceptable, if they couldn't do it should have just said, then when I complained got very abusive. Will never go back. It's a shame because it's where my friends & I always ended a night out before heading home. Only giving 1 star because it won't let me post no stars.
Terrible service to tourists. They barely speak a word english, pretend they dont understand french even when i used simple french sentences (nous voulons payer...). The food was decent, both quality and quantity, but neer again. This is more of a self service restaurant than anything else.
