The most unfriendly staff I have ever met! In every other Harley-Davidson dealership I had always great experience with friendly, helpful and competent employees. Not here! Not just, that none of the people working there, seemed to speak english, they didn’t even bother to greet me in french. Parked my Harley in front of the entrance and walked in wearing my H.O.G. vest, so not like someone who accidentally walked into a motorcycle shop. Even after showing them a picture and serial number of the item, I wanted (a can of SE oil!) after I looked it up myself, they sent me from one desk to the other and back again, barely looking even up from their computer or smartphone. Finally I got assured, that they’re on it and nothing happened for 15 minutes. Until then I was very patient and polite. After demanding what I needed in a commanding tone, I suddenly got what I wanted. But don’t think, anyone apologized. That was a really sad and unpleasant experience. Nowhere should this be acceptable for an employer, especially for a great brand, well known for its excellent service!

L'accueil est sympa et l'équipe très compétente. La concession n'est pas juste un point de vente mais un lieu où on a plaisir à se rendre...bref l'esprit Harley.

Mon RK de 1999 rentrée en octobre2020 à l'atelier pour un pb d'injecteurs entretien (a contre coeur, l'atelier me dit qu ils refusent habituellement les vieilles HD car ils peuvent pas garantir les entretiens.. ) sortie en ...janvier 2021...1300 euros, je fais 3 kms, panne!!! Pb régulateur ! J'ai transféré ma bécane à Pont de Joux, réparateur agréé bien plus sérieux et passionné.
