Nicely located for a visit to Marseille. Not too expensive for long stays. Spaceous entry but to get out the driveway was quite small. Something to keep in mind when you're driving a big car.

The best car park I was in in Europe. It's really bright, calm but with pleasant music, the biggest parking spaces I know, You are right between Vieux Port and the Panier, and all this at 15,20 for 24 hours!

Good car park, but the second time we came it was closed for unknown reason, so we had to use Parking Indigo around the corner which was similar price. Also no toilets here so you need to go in the shopping mall or a cafe.

We had a terrible experience with this car park in August 2018. While our car was parked there, someone stole a grill panel from the front bumper. We discovered it after we left the garage, called the parking office and were told to come back. Once there, a young man who had no uniform or identification tag (we wondered later whether he was an actual employee) told us that the theft was not their business and we needed to go to police. He refused to tell us where to find the police--and it is not that easy in downtown Marseille--or what the procedure is, or to help us in any way. When we asked his name, he said he had none and that there was nobody responsible for the garage besides him. He became violent and physically assaulted my wife when we asked again who he was. The person at the French headquarters we called the next day was of no help either and told us that we should go back to the garage because \the agent there can advise us on how to proceed.\ This suggests that the agent was at least theoretically expected to be helpful because otherwise they could have advised us over the phone to go straight to police. All this occurred while the QPark site advertises that they have video surveilllance everywhere, implying it is a safe place, not to say they charge more than most other garages. We did report the incident (both the theft and the assault) to the police and submitted a message on the QPark website, but we've heard nothing from them. Anyway, avoid QPark in Vieux Port if you can help it.
